Cooling
Water Pump- Circulates coolant throughout the engine and radiator.
Radiator- Holding and cooling reservoir, stores coolant when vehicle is sitting, when the engine is running the coolant is pumped through the radiator core. Allowing the coolant to be cooled by air.
Cooling Fan- Forces air though the radiator to reduce coolant temperature when the vehicle comes up to temperature.
Thermostat- Closes off coolant to the engine in warm up, as well as allows the engine to reach operating temperature prior to opening and allowing the coolant to circulate.
Heater Core- is a radiator-like device used in heating the cabin of the vehicle. Hot coolant from the engine is passed through a winding tube of the core, a heat exchanger between coolant and cabin air.
